Full Refund:
Within 30 days of delivery, you may return any item you purchase in new condition with original packaging and accessories for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.

Warranty Policy

Should you discover any defects in your product, please contact us via of our contact link, to help us arrange a replacement on receipt of the item.

We also provide a 1 year replacement guarantee against manufacturing defects. When replacements are not available we may, at our discretion, provide a complete refund.

Delivery Policy

Please ensure that your shipping address details are correct. We will not deliver to a Post Office Box or any address in which we deem suspicious. We ship our goods using a number of couriers and post options for New Zealand deliveries. Orders of $50 or more are freight free.

Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us using our contact form. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.
