Description

A Broad Spectrum combination cattle drench fot the control of susceptible gastrointestinal roundworms and lungworms in cattle including benzimidazole and levamisole resistant strains. Also for the control of tapeworms and adult Liver Fluke

Active Constituents

Albendazole 100 mg/mL, Levamisole HCI 75 mg/mL Cobalt, Zinc, Copper, Iodine and Selenium

Combination Cattle Drench is a low dose combination oral drench, white/clear combination and aids in the supplementation of selenium, zinc, copper, iodene and cobalt.

Combination Cattle Drench at recommended dose, this product is effective for the treatment and control of the following.

Gastrointestinal roundworms and Lungworms:

Haemonchus,  Ostertagia spp., Trichostrongylus spp., Cooperia spp., Strongyloides, Bunostomum, Chabertia, Oesophagostomum, Trichuris,

LUNGWORM:  Dictyocaulus spp.

Also for the control of tapeworm and Liver fluke ( adults only). Also kills roundworm and fluke eggs

  • Combination Cattle drench is a ready to use anthelmintic that can be dosed through standard drenching equipment
  • It is important to give the correct dose
  • A representative sample of animals should be weighed before treatment
  • Do not underdose.  Correct drenching technique should be used. Check the accuracy of drench guns regularly.

Precautions

Note this drench is in a concentrated form.
Doses of 3 or more times those recommended can cause symptoms
of levamisole toxicity, so estimate live weights carefully.

Animals under stress due to advanced pregnancy, adverse weather conditions or poor nutrition, prolonged yarding or dehydration may be more susceptible to toxicity

Do not use at the same time as any other selenised fertilizer, prill or product without consulting a veterinarian

Fatal interactions may occur between levamisole and organophosphate dips.

Withholding Periods

MEAT: Cattle producing meat or offal for human consumption must not be sold for slaughter during or within 10 days of the last treatment.
MILK: Milk intended for sale for human consumption must be discarded during treatment and for not less than 35 days following the last treatment,
