Indications

Combination Plus Tape Mineralised, for the treatment of roundworms, lungworm, adult liver fluke and tapeworm (Monieza SPP.) heads and segments in lambs and sheep.

Tapeworms – Heads and Segments
For the treatment of the following susceptible immature and mature (*includes inhibited L4) gastrointestinal roundworms and lungworms including benzimidazole and levamisole resistant strains.

Combination Plus Tape Mineralised drench for sheep is a ready to use anthelmintic that can be dosed through standard drenching equipment. Dose the mob to heaviest animal in each group (ewes, wethers, rams, lambs). Do not underdose. Wash out drench gun before and after use.

Precautions

Do not use at the same time as any other selenised fertilizer, prill or product without consulting a veterinarian

Do not exceed the stated dose, or frequency.

Caution: In sheep, liver levels of copper may be quite variable. Consequently, there is always a risk of copper poisoning.

Doses of 3 or more times recommended dose can cause symptoms of levamisole toxicity, so estimate live weights carefully.

Fatal interactions may occur between levamisole and organophosphate dips.

Dehydrated animals may be more susceptible to toxicity.

Withholding Periods

MEAT: Animals producing meat or offal for human consumption must not be sold for slaughter during or within 10 days of cessation of the last treatment.

MILK: Milk intended for sale for human consumption must be discarded during treatment and for not less than 35 days following the last treatment,
