Abamectin 1g/L, 50g/L Closantel (as sodium salt)  with 0.5g/mL Selenium, 2.2g/L Cobalt

Indications

Ab-Clo Oral Drench for the treatment and control of roundworms and liver fluke in sheep.  Persistant activity for up to 42 days against Barber’s Pole (Haemonchus Contortus).  Broad spectrum Oral Drench.  Dual Active  – Roundworm and Liver Fluke Control.  Developed in New Zealand for NZ

Ab-Clo Drench for sheep is ready to use through standard drenching equipment.
Resistance can develop to any anthelmintic. To delay the onset of resistance:

  • It is advisable that a resistance test be conducted regularly when using any parasite treatment
  • Before dosing, weigh a group of animals to accurately calculate the dose
  • Choose the dose according to the heaviest animal
  • Do not under-dose
  • Check the accuracy of drench guns regularly
  • Wash out drench gun thoroughly with water before and after use.

Withholding Periods

Meat: Sheep producing meat and offal for human consumption must not be slaughtered within 56 days after treatment.
Milk: Milk intended for sale for human consumption must be discarded during treatment and for not less than 56 days following last treatment.
