Ab-Clo Drench for sheep is ready to use through standard drenching equipment.
Resistance can develop to any anthelmintic. To delay the onset of resistance:
- It is advisable that a resistance test be conducted regularly when using any parasite treatment
- Before dosing, weigh a group of animals to accurately calculate the dose
- Choose the dose according to the heaviest animal
- Do not under-dose
- Check the accuracy of drench guns regularly
- Wash out drench gun thoroughly with water before and after use.
Withholding Periods
Meat: Sheep producing meat and offal for human consumption must not be slaughtered within 56 days after treatment.
Milk: Milk intended for sale for human consumption must be discarded during treatment and for not less than 56 days following last treatment.
